We had a wonderful stay at this property and thoroughly enjoyed our time at Bear Lake. The location is fantastic—it's extremely close to the town center, with easy access to restaurants, ice cream shops, and other local attractions. It is also conveniently located just minutes from Mike’s Market, which made grabbing essentials very easy.The property is brand new, and it shows. Everything was in excellent condition, clean, and well maintained. The host was quick to respond to our messages through VRBO chat.For families with small children FYI - this home has three bedrooms with closets large enough to fit pack ’n plays: the two basement bedrooms and the upstairs master bedroom. One downside to the bedrooms upstairs is that they all have air pass-through vents above the doorways. I'm sure this helps with cooling & airflow but it also means that there is quite a bit of noise and light pollution. Something to be aware of if you're going to have kids going to bed early.Notes; The kitchen had an airfryer, toaster, mixing bowls, pots/pans, and most other common kitchen items but was missing a griddle and a hand-mixer. The property also only has one fridge which was hard for a group of our size. The garage has been converted into a recreation room. It’s a fantastic bonus space with a large couch, TV, basketball arcade game, and a table for card games and board games, but it does mean no garage parking is available. The backyard has a large concrete pad with a basketball hoop!

This house was amazing !!! It was even better than I expected. Not only are the bedrooms spacious but several of them have their own bathrooms attached. The main living area includes a big dining table and kitchen (with a nice pantry). It is spacious and very user efficient and friendly. The double garage has a big couch and large dining table with a huge tv. (Great man cave.) There is a theater room in the basement. The basement also has a huge couch and living area. We walked to get milkshakes and food. We enjoyed most of our time hiking and playing at the lake. Great location.
