Gorgeous Palm Harbor condominiums - Located on the southern end of Fort Myers Beach, overlook the beautiful and bustling Fish Tale Marina. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sleeps 5, just a short walk to the beach.

This spacious waterfront condo is bright - with floor-to-ceiling sliding doors that provide plenty of natural light throughout the unit. From the adjoining lanai, you not only overlook the harbor, but also the friendly pool area, which includes a covered BBQ area, bathhouse with full kitchen, and hot tub alongside the canal and marina.

The kitchen is large with a breakfast nook that features cafe-style seating for 2. It is equipped with all standard appliances and all accessories, including a dishwasher, refrigerator, pantry and plenty of counter space.

The Master Bedroom features its own view of the water, a sliding glass door out to the lanai, king bed, walk-in closet, dresser and attached bathroom with a walk-in shower. The Guest Bedroom has a twin bed and a double bed, closet, dresser, and full bathroom shower/tub combo in the hall. The entire guest area can be closed off for privacy, creating a private suite for guests.

The condo has its own laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach.

Palm Harbor grounds are lovely, secure, and very well-kept! There are also pickleball and tennis courts. This condominium really has it all, plus a great location! You can simply watch boats come and go all day long or go across the street to the beach to lounge in the sun.

$100 cancellation fee for all cancellations outside of our 48-hour grace period. Please consider Travel Insurance for unexpected situations preventing travel. Must be 25 years or older to book. Please note that we have a 7-night minimum and rent from Saturday - Saturday, December - April. This unit has a dynamic price plan, prices may vary from day to day.

Guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement with TriPower to finalize booking. Guests will also be sent additional documents and questions from SafelyStay, our damage protection provider. One of the amenities promised was not available and it was one of the main reasons I reserved this property. I understand that unexpected things happen, however, the woman I mentioned it to was extremely rude and disrespectful. I later found out that she was the president of the condo association. I cannot think of a worse person to represent the property. I feel some sort of discount should have been offered since I didn’t get what I paid for. Other than that issue it was a great place. And the location is awesome.

Five minutes walking to shops and restaurants
Best thing about this unit was the closeness of shops and restaurants- five minute walk. Walk across the street to the ocean. And drive up or take a trolley to the little town with tons of live entertainment restaurants and shops… I wish the unit would put a brochure out telling of the areas instead of us having to try and discover everything-information on how to do the trolley… And email a special paper just with codes to the gate elevator and room -that was very confusing for us… Plus most nights the unit does not have the outside lights on walking up to the entrance-Hot tub was empty they attempted to fill it but never turn the heater on waiting to see if there was a leak in it… When they could’ve just turn the heater on while they were waiting to see. The pool was very nice. Would be nice if the unit provided beach chairs for the beach and maybe some bikes. We thought maybe looking into renting a bike for the week because the unit never had a bike -it would be A lot easier to drive uptown because the traffic is bumper to bumper in prime time-The beds had a plastic mattress cover on it which made it very difficult when sleeping… There are newer waterproof mattress covers nowadays. Would be nice to have room darkening shades-and definitely need more washcloths☺️
