Entrance, fitted kitchen (microwave, fridge-freezer, induction hob), pantry, living room (pellet stove 5 euros/bag). 2 bedrooms (2 double beds). 1 bedroom (1 double bed) with adjoining private shower room/wc. Bathroom. WC. Heating by stove in supplement. Possibility of renting sheets and bathroom and house linen. Common car park. Private covered terrace adjoining the day room. Large enclosed shared garden. Garden furniture, plancha, deck chairs. House located 2.5 km from Lake St-Pée-sur-Nivelle, 10 minutes from Cambo-les-Bains and the Spanish border (Dantxaria), 20 minutes from the beaches of the Basque coast (Biarritz, St Jean de Luz ). Many hiking trails around. 5 minutes from Espelette. House located 100m near the D918. Upstairs apartment with large terrace, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms
