- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.

- A separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment : barbecue, washing machine, fan.

Outside :
- A shared, heated 20m×10m swimming pool available from April to the end of September (opening dates non-contractual), fenced and secured with a key-operated gate.
- A 9 m² west-facing loggia with furniture
- An unenclosed west-facing garden of approx. 10 m² with furniture for enjoying the sunny days.
