Welcome to our charming private home nestled in the heart of North Scottsdale's prestigious Kierland area!

This tastefully appointed retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience, making it an ideal choice for your short-term rental needs. With spacious living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, and a serene backyard oasis, you'll find everything you need for a relaxing stay.

Enjoy the tranquility of this quiet neighborhood while being just moments away from the vibrant Kierland Commons, renowned for its upscale shopping, dining, and entertainment options.

Whether you're here for business or leisure, our private home provides a welcoming haven in one of Scottsdale's most sought-after locations.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is a highlight in the center of the home with gorgeous quartz countertops and a breakfast bar with seating for 2. The kitchen is very well equipped, has a pantry - excellent for preparing meals for everyone and perfect for longer stays.

Living Room:
Plenty of room to watch a sporting event or movies on all SMART TVs and Roku streaming devices. Great space for entertaining and comfort in the beautiful leather sofa sectional and top notch furniture throughout the house.

Master Bedroom:
The master bedroom is very large and in the rear of the house. It also has a great separate entrance (beautiful “soundproof” french doors!) to the private backyard paradise which makes a quick trip to the large diving pool easy day or night. There is also a separate seating area just outside the master. The California King-Sized bed has ultimate comfort in mind. Watch TV from bed too!

Backyard Oasis:
This home is all about the year-round outdoor living. Spacious outdoor backyard Oasis. A large diving pool (optional heated pool for an additional fee of $75/night - upon request), plenty of lounge chairs for everyone, dining for 8. Separate seating areas, a Custom Built BBQ for enjoying a cool Arizona night and glass of wine or favorite cocktail add some amazing comfort.

This is the best of North Scottsdale living with its walking distance to Kierland, Scottsdale Quarter, TPC combined in close proximity to amazing hiking trails, parks, shopping, Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, delicious breakfast and dinner spots. Very close to medical services such as the Mayo Clinic.

We had such a great experience here! We loved that the home is at the end of a street with no cut-through traffic — it felt quiet, private, and safe. It was the perfect place to host two different slumber parties with girlfriends and enjoy the beautiful Scottsdale weather in January.The pool was such a treat, and the house was meticulously maintained. Memorial Day weekend stay
