Having access to both sides of Scottsdale without being right in the middle of crowds was important to us.
We also love how close this location is to everyday essentials and experiences—great restaurants, grocery stores, parks, hiking trails, major events, and quick freeway access—while still feeling like a retreat when you come home.
It’s a neighborhood that allows guests to enjoy everything Scottsdale has to offer during the day, then return to a peaceful, resort-style setting at night. That combination is exactly what made this location special to us.
