Private garage. New equipment and bedding. Washing machine. Gas heating. Balcony furniture. Common room for bicycles. Very good condition (maintenance and painting). Furnished tourism classified 3 stars for 2 people.
To be paid on arrival: tourist tax, energy consumption, deposit by bank card fingerprint and possibly optional services (sheets, final cleaning, ...etc.).
Rent every two weeks the first 3 weeks in August (other periods: week).

Remarkably located at the marina of Perros-Guirec, quiet because set back from the main street that runs along the port. An ideal starting point to discover the Côte de Granit Rose, its granite chaos, and the Grande Randonnée trail (GR34). Restaurants and shops nearby.

Appartement neuf et spacieux, au calme . Bien agencé. Très agréable.

Il faut chercher les clés dans un autre village et la sortie se fait à l'appartement mais les horaires sont un peu contraignantes. Bon équipement cuisine, grand frigo. Belle lumière. Portes vues pédagogiques pour le fonctionnement de l'appartement et également pour les sorties dans le coin.
