About this property
Oak Creek Granary
Quaint and charming remodeled home on a quiet street in beautiful Bottineau, ND. Originally an early 1900’s Granary, this home was moved to its current location in the early 1940’s and additions were added for the kitchen, bathroom and a second bedroom. The home has all hard surface flooring for easy clean up and is uniquely decorated in a rustic farmhouse theme. We even left some hidden treasures exposed in the recent remodel like the brick chimney and aged wood siding. Bottineau and the surrounding area have some of the most beautiful scenery in ND. Just a short drive from the Turtle Mountains, Lake Metigoshe, Bottineau Winter Park (Annie’s House) and The International Peace Gardens, this home would be a great home base for travelers to the area. The community of Bottineau itself offers several options for dining and local shops. The home is centrally located and within walking distance of the downtown area, Walmart and the city park featuring Tommy Turtle.

Very clean house. Good for anyone with allergies as house does not use air fresheners.Comfortable beds with extra blankets, throws & pillows! Kitchen is stocked for all your needs. Even has extra toiletries guests might have forgotten. Host responded immediately to any questions.
This is the second time that we have stayed at The Granary and it was perfect! We appreciate that it is dog friendly and we enjoyed the upgrades that have been done over time. It is a super cute little house! It is exceptionally clean and organized, having everything accessible that you might need in your stay. The host was welcoming and responsive which helped make our stay perfect in every way. Thank you!
The Oak Creek Granary is a very cute, clean, and comfortable little house and we would definitely stay there again if we decide to go back to the Bottineau area again next year! Highly recommended!!!
This place is so clean and comfy!! We really enjoyed our stay. The house is adorable and a great place to stay in Bottineau for going to the Peace Garden or Lake Metigoshe. Closevto the "diwntown" area and we walked all over....
This was our 2nd time At Miranda house. Absolutely beautiful place. In a great location. If you ever need somewhere to stay that feels like home, I highly recommend this place!

Thank you Sue! I hope you enjoyed your time in the area and welcome you back anytime!
Bed was commfortable, kitchen adequate for cooking and needed as there are few good restaurant choices in rural North Dakota. Great access to wildlife refuges and birding hotspots. House has a bird feeder that attracted woodpeckers feeding their new fledglings.
