Overall we enjoyed our time in Paris. The apartment was well located near a metro station. The check-in was well explained, although it was inconvenient to go pick up our key at the laundromat with our luggage. The apartment was barebones, the bathroom was nice and the washer worked well. The bed was not comfortable and we went out and bought toilet paper as there was not enough for our stay and hand soap because there was none. I would not stay here again but I would stay in the same area of the city.

75% of outlets did not work in room. Key pick up location was a 20min walk up and down hills with suitcases making it completely unacceptable. Access directions were unclear and when reached out was sent same generic text response that did not answer question at all but thankfully a nice neighbor was helpful. No washcloth or hand towel. TV did not work even after buying internet. One tiny roll of toilet paper for 2 people for 4 days. Needs work and updated pictures. Only good thing to say is the area was close to several bars/cafes
