Double View and East South West exposure for this pretty T2, equipped with a Loggia on the Living room side and a Balcony on the kitchen side; You will be able to enjoy the sun in the morning for breakfast and the Loggia for the end of the day. A functional kitchenette, a living room with a large sofa bed and a TV, overlooking the equipped Loggia (table and chairs) with a very nice view of the gardens of the Residence, the hill and a small sea view. Two accesses, one to the gate at the bottom of the corniche des Iles d'or, another dead end of Brise Marine which takes you directly to the shops.
A bathroom and separate wc. The accommodation benefits from a large underground garage numbered 22. Linen not included in the rental. Pets not allowed. Cleaning included in the price.
