Lage okay,leider nicht am Strand und auch kein Strandblick,man hatte aber nur ca.5 Gehminuten zum Strand; leider kein W-Lan; leider war die Fernbedienung zur Garage defekt,auch kein Licht selbst in der Garagenbox. Check-in und auch Check-out waren komplikationslos.Alle in allem ein stimmiger Aufenthalt!

Ce logement est une Ă©norme dĂ©ception. Tout est vĂ©tuste et nĂ©gligĂ© : meubles cassĂ©s, terrasse rafistolĂ©e avec du joint pour cacher les fissures, prises Ă©lectriques qui bougent pas au norme (pas de prise de terre), sĂšche-cheveux cassĂ©, climatisation sale et pleine de poussiĂšre. La literie est insupportable et le logement bien trop petit pour accueillir 5 personnes.Le propriĂ©taire est venu pour rĂ©parer 2 meubles, nettoyer et mettre un joint sur le carrelage cassĂ© et sur l’état dĂ©plorable de la terrasse. Rien n’est fait pour garantir un sĂ©jour confortable : vaisselle des annĂ©es 50, le dĂ©capsuleur cassĂ©, Ă©quipement usĂ© jusqu’à la corde, et un sentiment gĂ©nĂ©ral de laisser-aller. Le prix demandĂ© est totalement injustifiĂ© par rapport Ă  la qualitĂ© rĂ©elle.En l’état, ce logement est indigne d’ĂȘtre proposĂ© Ă  la location. Nous le dĂ©conseillons fortement.

Nous dĂ©conseillons cette location aux prochains locataires. PropretĂ© Ă  revoir, climatiseur sale qui projette des poussiĂšres dans votre bol quand vous prenez le petit dĂ©jeuner, le dessous du lit n'a pas vu l'aspirateur depuis bien longtemps. Vieux meubles difficiles Ă  ouvrir. Dressing difficile Ă  faire coulisser. Appartement annoncĂ© 2 chambres, faux la chambre avec les lits superposĂ©s sont plus dans un recoin difficile d'accĂšs. Douche rĂ©servĂ©e aux personnes minces pas Ă©vident pour y entrer ou sortir. Strict minimum en vaisselles. Nous avons Ă©tĂ© obligĂ© de changer nous mĂȘme les piles du boĂźtier tĂ©lĂ©. Garage annoncĂ© fermĂ©, si vous avez une voiture imposante vous ne pouvez pas fermer la porte du garage ni descendre de votre vĂ©hicule, rĂ©sultat galĂšre pour stationner le vĂ©hicule a proximitĂ© de la location. Et pour conclure quand vous ĂȘtes sur place si vous voulez contacter le propriĂ©taire aucune rĂ©ponse aux appels tĂ©lĂ©phoniques. Heureusement que l'appartement est Ă  proximitĂ© de la plage et la piscine Ă  disposition sinon Ă  fuir

Bien situé mais propreté approximative

L'appartement était d'une propreté approximative nous avons dû faire un premier ménage en arrivant et nettoyer la couette tachée de sang. Malgré cela la poussiÚre omniprésente nous a incommodé tout au long de notre séjour. Mais sinon le logement est est bien situé, proche de la plage.

Magnifiques promenades sur les sentiers du littoral

L'appartement présenté correspond tout à fait à la réalité et en apparence était propre. Mais à l'ouverture des portes des placards une odeur de moisissure nous a contraint de nettoyer l'ensemble de la vaisselle à la main. Les lave vaisselle et lave linge n'ont également pas été vérifiés et ont nécessité 2 lavages à vide. AprÚs ce fùcheux incident, nos vacances ont pris un rythme trÚs agréable à la découverte de cette belle région.

Bien demander les mesures du garage car toutes les voitures ne passent pas, point de faiblesse la partie conformitĂ© Ă©lectrique, la sĂ©curitĂ© du lit double a revoir, au delĂ  de 4 personnes l'appartement prĂ©sente une faiblesse de surface nĂ©anmoins la localisation reste agrĂ©able ayant pour autant le centre-ville proche trĂšs peu de nuisance sonore. Également ĂȘtre plus vigilant lors de la rĂ©ception de sortie du bien lors de la sortie lorsque le locataire fait le mĂ©nage.
