Come relax in our spacious villa located a short walk or bike ride to the beach. This is a second-floor villa with a one-bedroom king size bed. There is a Large screened in porch for relaxing. Full size fully equipped kitchen with a coffee pot as well as a Keurig. High Speed internet and you tube T.V. are available. Walk or bike to the beach! Bike rentals are available and can be delivered to your door! No need for a car. You can bike to shopping and dining. Our home is in walking distance to the tennis courts, pickle ball. and the elegant Sanctuary Hotel and Spa. It is also conveniently located near the Conference Center and Night Heron Park! This villa is on the second floor (roughly 15 to 20 steps) and there is no elevator. Easy check-in process using a digital security doorknob. Only 2 parking spots available. RBL23-000220

The unit was clean and described appropriately. However, there was NO smoke detector nor any curtains in the main living area. When I alerted the owner well into the stay, she wrote that she was aware of these two problems, and was going to fix them AFTER OUR STAY. Too late for us.
