Great comfortable spacious home to rest our heads while exploring Nashville! We ended up driving to 5Th and Broadway to park while we explored downtown and it was very close-like 2 miles. You could even uber but we had 10 people. Host was very interactive with communication and we really enjoyed our stay. Beds were VERY comfy! The neighborhood seems a bit sketchy however we never felt unsafe and it was pretty quiet and uneventful. We will definitely come back and stay here again! Close to all the attractions and we had parking for 4 vehicles in the driveway. There is a cute front porch and a little patio set outside in a fenced in area. Bathrooms were great, water pressure was divine and we had plenty of hot water! They even provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash! Kitchen had a good amount of drip coffee and creamer for us to use! Plenty of glasses and mugs! Thank you again!

We always want our guests to feel supported throughout their stay. Thank you again for choosing our home, and we’d love to welcome you and your group back to Nashville in the future!

Birthday weekend

We went to Nashville for my sister and niece’s birthday. The house was great and the perfect set up for all of us! It was a little further from downtown than I expected but it was easy to get an uber to and from anywhere we wanted to go within minutes! Management was great to deal with and overall we had a great experience.

Nashville Family trip

The house is set-up perfectly for large groups. The bedrooms are huge and private. Downtown Broadway street is 8 - 10 minute drive or a $17 - $20 Uber ride. Perfect location on a quiet street to relax after a day of experiencing the high energy of the city.

Beautiful, updated home

We loved this house. It was gorgeous inside with a total remodel. Neighborhood is old, home across the street had bars and graffiti on the businesses. Although, the neighborhood was quiet.

Although there was a slight hiccup with the check-in process, one phone call solved things, and we were immediately able to access the property. The house is a gem! Plenty of space for our party of six, where nobody felt cramped or crowded. The two queen sized beds are in the master and the adjoining bathroom is beautiful! Each of the king size bedrooms are between a shared bathroom. The kitchen is well appointed, with everything one needs to cook in or grill in the backyard. I appreciated that there were plenty of quality dishes, plates, pans, glassware, and flatware. A quick Uber ride from Broadway, but out of the noise, and no worries about parking.

Big house with a lot of sleeping space! You could seriously fit an extended family in here. Big comfy couch. Nice kitchen to cook in. Do not walk around at night- it is definitely not the best neighborhood. The street the house was on felt safe but the surrounding areas did not. Host was great and responsive to questions! Nashville was fun!!

Clean, comfy and quiet!

This property is amazing! It is bright and so clean! We were about 10 minutes from Nashville in a quiet neighborhood. We couldn't find the grill brush and one was delivered the next day! We couldn't find kitchen towels and needed batteries for the TV...delivered in person! We highly recommend staying here!!
