The cottage is a new property, with all the amenities that you may need. It has a serene yard where you can enjoy a peaceful afternoon.
We work hard to make every visitor feel like home, come and enjoy a peaceful relaxing retreat by the beautiful shores of the St Johns River.

Great weekend spot!

Had a lovely time relaxing at the cottage, and going for walks to enjoy the neighborhood and very close proximity to the river. Being so close to Ravine Gardens, just a 5-minute drive away, was another benefit! Highly recommend.

This little cottage is efficient. The owner is kind and responsive. Location is ideal if you want to walk to the river or to the old downtown area.

I was told via email 1 hour prior to arrival that there was a mix-up and I could not stay in the unit. I could not find a hotel locally and my weekend was ruined

Delightful place and location

The cottage was charming and cozy-just the right amount of space for the two of us. The patio is well shaded and a pleasant place to sit. The location was excellent-just a short block to the river and in an historic neighborhood with a nice variety of housing styles. The kitchen has a sink and microwave and plenty of utensils and plates and glasses; we did not realize that there is not a stove, but we mostly ate out, so that wasn't a problem. Would stay there again.

We arrived at the property and were sorely disappointed. The "cottage" was a converted garage.

It was dirty and very old furniture that we were not comfortable sitting on much less sleeping in the bed. There were dead bugs on the floor and we were unable to turn on the tv or sign on to wifi. Very disappointing, we left 10 minutes after we got there and checked into a hotel. We would like our money back please.

I spoke with Sharon's husband , he was very upset about the price of the cottage. I had beer and wine in the refrigerator as well as snacks. He accused me of trying to get him drunk, he got loud and said he was a Christian . Snacks made him sick. My cottage was cleaned that morning. It was spotless. This is about my refusal to lower my rates. Please let other owners know of his behavior. I would never rent to this man again

Great place to stay!

I am a travel nurse and needed a place to stay for 13 weeks. This place was perfect! Bobby was an excellent host. He made sure I was comfortable and safe. I recommend the cottage to anyone who is looking for a cozy rental.
