Amazing outdoor space, very poor house inside

The house itself is very poor. The bedrooms are very old and dated and the beds need new matrasses, same for the bathroom; very old and needs renovation. In the 2 small bedrooms it’s not possible to sleep for adults, due to very bad mattresses and needs renovation. The wifi was also very bad. The outdoor space and view is amazing, the pool was way too salty and the pump did not work.
