Beautiful apartment in Ivan Dolac

Spend your vacation on the south side of the island of Hvar, where wild nature, pretty pebble beaches and some of the best vineyards in Croatia await you. Your tastefully and modernly furnished vacation apartment is located on the first floor with a separate entrance. It consists of two living units, each with its own exit to the terrace that connects them. In the larger part you will find a bathroom, bedroom 1 and the dining room, from which you come out onto a terrace. Here you will find a glass door harmonica, which can close this part as a living room. In smaller part there is a bathroom and the second bedroom. The pool terrace offers a summer kitchen and garden furniture. The pool with sea salt based water is without chlorine.

A 70 m long footpath leads to the pebble beach. Ivan Dolac is a small village where you can buy daily fruit, vegetables and bread, in Jelsa there are stores.

Tolles Apartment, in einem netten kleinen Ort auf einer fantastischen Insel

Ein tolles Apartment in dem kleinen Ferienort Ivan Dolac. Das Apartment ist mit allem, was das Herz begehrt ausgestattet. Es gibt eine Outdoorküche, einen netten kleinen Pool und eine schöne Loungearea und alle zur Alleinnutzung. Der Anbau mit einem Schlafzimmer, einem "Zwischenzimmer" und eigenem Bad hat für uns (Freundeurlaub) genau die richtige Privatsphäre geboten. Die Badezimmer sind frisch renoviert. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war super nett und hilfsbereit. Liebe Grüße an Suzana. :) Das Apartment liegt ca. 3 Minuten vom kleinen Kiesstrand entfernt. Man kann also nur mit Handtuch "bewaffnet" im Meer schwimmen gehen. Die Bucht in Ivan Dolac ist klein und in der Hauptsaison natürlich voll. Aber wir haben immer einen Platz gefunden. Liegen oder Sonnenschirme gibt es dort allerdings nicht. Aber einen kleinen Kinderspielplatz, falls man ihn benötigt. Ins Wasser kommt man mit den Badeschuhen ganz gut. Es geht seicht rein. An der "Promenade" gibt es u.a. eine nette kleine Strandbar, wo wir Abends ab und zu etwas trinken waren. Die Aussicht auf das Meer war sehr nett und die Cocktails lecker. Der Ort hat einen kleinen Supermarkt für das Nötigste. Wir haben das meiste aber bereits in Jelsa in einem größeren Supermarkt gekauft. Wir können das Apartment und auch den Ort/die Insel sehr empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.
