The most beautiful days of the year will be unforgettable in this pretty stone house. Enjoy the sun's rays, refresh yourself in the crystal clear sea and if it gets too hot for you, retreat to the terrace in the shade of the pine trees. The house is only about 10 meters from the private beach, so you should take the opportunity to swim a lap in the sea early in the morning. It consists of two separate living units connected by external stairs. The first floor has not been renovated and has simple furniture. If you come with your own boat, a mooring is available for free.
