Nice cozy porch. The chairs displayed have been replaced with white Adirondack chairs. Items in garage have been removed.
Talk about cool....this is a former railroad depot building that was situated on the tracks in the 1930's in Webster down the road. This building was built in 1932 and has been restored to what you will see inside!
So, owner found that old teller window in wall and showcased here to remind you of that building you are in. This place really does have charm.
Vinyl flooring throughout the home except bathroom. Butcher block shelving and farm house SS sink make this space somewhat rustic

This building was once a train depot building, built in the 1930's that sat on the railroad tracks in Webster, TX. Home was completely gutted and remodeled to today's comfort and standards and showcases an original ticket booth window. This home is situated in the heart of Old Town League City and is 30 minutes from Galveston, 7 minutes from Kemah Boardwalk, 7 minutes from Space Center Houston and 30 minutes from downtown Houston. Butler Courtyard and Main Street Bistro around the corner and walk-able to several businesses and eateries.

Cute bungalow in modest neighborhood with all items working. A 3x5 card with WiFi and Password would have been helpful at check-in. David wa very reappointed to all our questions.

Nice lady and would definitely post her again however technologically challenged. There were small issues at the very beginning with processing her credit card it was some sort of bank issue we use property management software and communicate very well through that medium and are always available by text or phone call as well all of the check-in information and Wi-Fi information was provided to her she never checked her VRBO message portal for that information. There's no need to put a card out when all of that information is already available in the listing on VRBO once you have paid your booking fee and it's also available through our messaging.

Bungalow in League City

I enjoy staying here every time. Quiet neighborhood, charming bungalow, and walking and driving distance to Main St. Bistro and surrounding restaurants. His bungalow feels like home every time I visit League City. David is such a blessing and great person. He is always there if you need him. I definitely appreciate and recommend him.

Why they chose this property

This is such a cool neighborhood. It is walkable to several restaurants and shops and quiet. It is centrally located to everything I need on a daily basis. Friendly neighbors and lots of trees and wildlife.

What makes this property unique

This home was a train depot building and was built in the early 1930's. We discovered a ticket window in one of the walls and a regsitry book in the attic that shows the receipts for the manifest that was on trains that passed through Webster between 1933 and 1942. It is truly a charming place.
