I was looking for a place to stay while we were visiting our granddaughter at the U. of Oregon in Eugene. The house was outside of Eugene, but it was just wonderful. Everything was immaculate, comfortable and well stocked. The beds were very comfortable. We went out for meals, but the kitchen was very nice. I would stay here again.
This was a great house to stay. Very comfortable for a family of 4. Nice kitchen, very very clean. We enjoyed the deck and the backyard too. Very quiet neighborhood. Highly recommended.
Lovely, super clean and well-organized with comfortable beds to sleep in and chairs to sit in for long meal, game, and chat sessions around the table.
Everyone who used the kitchen remarked on how intuitive it was, utensils were in the drawer that you expected them to be in, dishes were in the first cupboard you opened.
Location was excellent and very convenient for quick shopping trips and for us, access to Santa Clara family near by.
This was a great home! All the amenities including a full kitchen with lots of glassware, flatware, cooking utensils, pots, pans, blender, they had it all! Made for groups! We had a group of six and there was plenty of room and it's a quiet, cute neighborhood. Contact the property manager was quick and easy with simple instructions for entry. We were also able to get a later check out with no problems.
This house is so cute and so clean. You can tell the Owner takes pride. It is close to the airport which made it nice. The dining area and outside made it nice for eating. All the amenities that come with the house are really a nice touch. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you.
Beatififully updated and decorated house. Kathryn was great with communication and quick to respond. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. It was very nice to have the big washing machine to do family laundry. We were walking distance to two parks which was nice with kids.
We had a wonderful short stay at Kathryn’s property. It is immaculate! We kept wondering if we were the first guests to ever stay, everything is just so clean and nice. We had a WiFi question and Kathryn replied immediately to get everything up and working. We had such a wonderful stay; I highly recommend, and would stay again.

I have 3 main passions: Real estate, interior design & entertaining. My first career was in advertising and my 2nd career is as a licensed real estate agent. I also invest in rental properties and my properties are among the nicest rentals in my hometown of Eugene, OR.
As a host, I will leave you alone, but be available in case you have questions or need local travel advice. I'm a native of the Eugene-Springfield area and can offer recommendations about good restaurants, shopping, sightseeing, etc.
Many travelers to Eugene are interested in buying or selling properties here. If that's you, just let me know and I can help!
Why they chose this property
We bought this charming home in 2005. It has a unique facade that reminded me of a cottage. After renting it out for the last 16 years, we opted to remodel it and make it available as a short-term rental for my real estate clients -- it's a great place to stay if you're between houses when you buy & sell, or sell & buy! Of course, we also make it available for travelers to use, as well.
What makes this property unique
This home is a charming 1100 sf with an open floorplan, so it seems spacious. The kitchen is open to the living room and the dining room -- both great places to visit, relax or play games. There's also a fenced backyard with a covered deck where you can relax or dine al fresco.
