I have 3 main passions: Real estate, interior design & entertaining. My first career was in advertising and my 2nd career is as a licensed real estate agent. I also invest in rental properties and my properties are among the nicest rentals in my hometown of Eugene, OR.
As a host, I will leave you alone, but be available in case you have questions or need local travel advice. I'm a native of the Eugene-Springfield area and can offer recommendations about good restaurants, shopping, sightseeing, etc.
Many travelers to Eugene are interested in buying or selling properties here. If that's you, just let me know and I can help!

Why they chose this property
We bought this charming, ranch-style home in 2002. It has a nice feel and a huge backyard. After renting it out for the past 20 years, we opted to remodel it and make it available as a short-term rental for my real estate clients -- it's a great place to stay if you're between houses when you buy & sell, or sell & buy! Of course, we also make it available for travelers to use, as well.
What makes this property unique
This home is a charming 1119 sf with plenty of living space, as there's a living room and a family room, which we turned into a dining/game room. The dining room has a slider with big views of the large green backyard. Both the living & dining rooms are great places to relax, visit or play games. The kitchen has tons of cabinets, which we painted a light teal, and it's a kitchen you'll enjoy working in. There's a large fenced backyard with a patio where you can relax or dine al fresco.
