About this property
Appart. Premier Étage sur Port et Plage des Oursinières Clim
Let yourself be seduced by this bright and air-conditioned cocoon, nestled facing the sea, with balcony. Located on the charming port of Les Oursinières in Le Pradet, the apartment benefits from a privileged location in the heart of an authentic and lively environment.
Here, everything is done on foot: you can go for lunch on the terrace in the small restaurants of the port, enjoy the beach a few metres away, or explore the many hiking trails along the sea.
The district offers a real village atmosphere, with its good local addresses and its warm atmosphere. Ideal for discovering the Mediterranean art of living in all simplicity. Parking is easy thanks to the free parking at the foot of the building.
Inside, you can enjoy a comfortable and well-thought-out space:
A mezzanine bedroom
A cosy living room with sofa bed (140x200) and TV/WIFI
A fully equipped kitchen to cook like at home
A bathroom renovated with care, with toilet and washing machine
A completely new dressing room, practical for your stays
Free public parking at the foot of the building
To ensure that you can travel light, bed linen and towels are provided.
As for activities, everything is within reach: kayaking, bike rides, hikes by the sea... or simply the pleasure of doing nothing in front of the water.
