You have access to the terrace. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and washing machine.

Bad Aussee. The studio is located on an open garden plot with a lawn, flowers, and shrubs. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking is available on the street in front of the house.
