The apartment is perfect for 2 people or for families with up to 2 children. Pets are possible - please inquire!
The 32qm large studio consists of:
# a spacious living / sleeping room with a double bed (160x200) and a high-quality couch with bed function (= slatted frame and mattress 150x200);
# in the entrance area is a kitchenette;
# the bathroom with shower and toilet.

The balcony / loggia is 6sqm large, located west side with beautiful views over the Wolfgangsee and the surrounding mountains.

The apartment is in the 2nd Floor (lift available!) a hotel complex.

For the final cleaning will be charged € 30, -.
Local tax: € 1.90 per person per night will be charged additionally on arrival.

Great place to stay near Lake Wolfgang

The accommodation was as advertised and was great for our family of 4. Very close to the lake and small town and just a few minutes from Lake Wolfgang which has lots of restaurants and shops. The room was clean and well equipped…the host certainly does a good job preparing the room.

The perfect Apartment with such a stunning view of the Autumnal landscape all around. It was very quiet, clean and comfortable. The balcony is perfect for appreciating the beautiful sunset or gazing over the starlit sky as you listen to the cow bells in the meadow below. Booking was easy and the information was comprehensive.

Beautiful views of wolfgangsee

Frank's apartment is an ex-hotel that now turned into an apartment building. The Apartment has been redone beautifully with new furniture and bathroom and it is super clean. The view of the lake is amazing and you can sit on the balcony watching the sun rise and set over the mountains. YOu can even cook basic meals on the electric cooker and there are pots and pans and a 4 seat table. With the sofabed you have place for 4 adults even. (we had 2 small kids) THis year was super hot and it was very warm during the night so we had to sleep with the door open to the balcony, so potenially an aircon could be something that I would consider installing (the neighbouring unit has one) The only thing is that the main road goes past the house so you can hear the cars passing all day, but they are not very fast so its OK. Frank is super helpful and explained everything and even gave access to the underground car park, so overall this is an amazing place and thanks again that we could stay there. Will come back here next time we're in the area.

Die Fewo ist angenehm groß und gut ausgestattet. Bis auf einen Toaster für die Frühstücksbrötchen haben wir nichts vermisst. Die Matratzen vom Doppelbett sind super. Sehr angenehm auch das Fliegengitter an der Balkontür und die elektrischen Rollos. Bei uns waren sehr warme Tage, da stören die Geräusche der vorbeifahrenden Autos auf der Landstraße. Wir mußten dann früh morgens die Balkontür schließen. Der Balkon ist klein aber man sitzt angenehm und die kleine Markise ist nachmittags und abends sehr willkommen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war super, er war auch trotz vorgezogener Ankunft schnell vor Ort und wir konnten sofort nach Ankunft in die Fewo.

Stylisches Apartment mit Traumblick

Schicke kleine Ferienwohnung, coole Lage und sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Gastgeber, alles unkompliziert und schnell abgewickelt. Bequemes Bett, große und moderne Dusche, alles nötige vorhanden. Der Ausblick auf den See ist traumhaft schön! Leider ein bisschen hellhöriges Haus.
