Ocean Views!! 2 Bedroom, 2 full Bath, Top floor Condo in the Townsends House! Very Spacious , beautifully furnished and well maintained. Hardwood floors in the Living, Dining room and Kitchen, carpet in the bedrooms. Granite Kitchen counters, The galley kitchen also has a bar area open to the dining area and equipped with 3 bar stools. The bathrooms are both tiled Baths with tub/showers. There are 2 twin beds in the 1st bedroom and a hall bath and the 2nd bedroom is the master bedroom with a queen bed and a private master bathroom. There are 2 large sliding glass doors in the Living area which lead to the expansive front deck with nice ocean views and a great place to sit and unwind after a beach day or watch the sunrise!!
The condo has central air, elevator and 1 covered parking space. The condo faces Pleasure Avenue and a very short walk to the beach. It is located in the beach block of 85th Street and the popular 85th Street beach!! Call us today to book your vacation !!
