Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
-Return 12 beach badges to beach tag box. (Replacement cost of missing badge is $30)
-Return beach chairs to garage hooks
-Return bedding, kitchen items, and furniture to original locations
-Wipe down deck table and garage bar top
-Ensure all windows are closed and locked
-Lock front door by holding # key until it beeps
-Close and lock all garage doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We purchased this house in 2014 and our goal has been to outfit our home with all of the amenities and finer touches that help make our guests feel right at home and want to come back year after year. 47th Street is located in the heart of Sea Isle. We are in a beautiful, quiet, residential area but only a short walk to restaurants, night life, playground, library, shops, and more!
What makes this property unique
Taller than surrounding homes, which allows for excellent privacy and fantastic bay & sunset views. Large enough to accommodate 4 large families. Situated in a quiet, residential neighborhood, yet a close walk to all of the beach, great attractions, restaurants, down town, Sea Isle City Excursion Park.
