Nice family friendly and well furnished vacation home with pool. The house is located on Øer beach and about 5 minutes by car south of Ebeltoft. Øer is one of the most popular vacation areas near Ebeltoft / Mols. Enjoy a beautiful vacation home with space for both one and two families. Regardless of the season, the house will be able to fulfill your vacation wishes. To the house belongs a good natural ground with space for ball games and play, good play equipment for children- and after a short walk you are at the beach. You can also cycle to Ebeltoft. If you choose this house you have a good base for trips to Djurs Sommerland, Randers Regnskov, the art museum ARoS Aarhus and Ree ParkZoo.

Man merkt , dass das Haus in die Jahre gekommen ist.

Man merkt , dass das Haus in die Jahre gekommen ist. Hat aber definitiv seinen eigenen Charme. Das Schwimmbad, die Sauna und der Whirlpool waren gut. Die Sauberkeit war insgesamt mangelhaft. Überall waren schwarze Spinnweben Der Gasgrill war extrem verschmutzt und die Gasflasche leer. Ein normaler Holzkohlegrill oder Kartuschengrill wäre besser geeignet für ein Ferienhaus. Die Ausstattung mit Reiligungsmitteln ist auch verbesserungsbedürftig.. Ein Waschbecken war verstopft und in einer Dusche löst sich schon das Silikon, was auf eine mangelhafte Wartung schließen lässt. Die gesamte Ausstattung des Hauses war ok, ein Eierkocher wäre schön, in der heutigen Zeit im Topf Eier zu kochen ist Wasserverschwendung.
