A unique location on the 'nose tip' of Ebeltoft/Øer in 1st row to the sea! Would you like to spend your vacation in such an impressive environment, this house is ideal. To experience is also an interesting pool area with a pool of about 20 m2, Roman steps and counter-current. The house is perfectly suitable for two families with two sleeping areas. A large natural plot, among other things with swings and sandbox is ready for the youngest. Enjoy the short walk to the sea, the sun and the view from the 70 m2 terrace. The surrounding area offers good fishing opportunities. Also take a walk through Ebeltoft and the cobblestone streets and visit the many sights.

Grundstück in sehr schöner Lage. Haus schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und partiell ungepflegt. Ansonsten Ort wo man sich sehr gut erholen kann, genug Platz für 6 Personen, Kinder haben auch ihren Spass.

Super Lage, bei Ausstattung noch Luft nach oben. Mal Renovieren und neue Fensterjalousien wären nicht schlecht. Ofen funktioniert nicht richtig, mal den Schornsteinfeger fragen.. Wir kommen trotzdem gern wieder.

Een fijn huis in een prachtige omgeving. Wij waren direct verliefd. Het tegenstroom zwembad werkt niet, dit hebben wij dus gewoon gebruikt als zwembad. Jammer dat de functie wel op de site staat. De sauna en het bubbelbad zijn heerlijk. De keuken is super compleet en apparaten fijn in gebruik. Comfortabele banken, stoelen en tuinmeubels. De bedden liggen heerlijk, fijne matrassen. De douche in het zwembad gedeelte is minder fijn, de straal doet het niet goed en het douchegordijn is beschimmeld. De andere badkamer-douche is prima.
