The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Detached house in the village of Vítkovice in the Giant Mountains and the road only leads through the village of Benecko. Access is via a side road or a field or forest path or a mountain road (paved, gravel or dirt, unpaved, length 1500 m). In winter, snow chains are mandatory. Parking (for 6 cars) on the property and a parking space in the village (distance 100 m). Parking in winter 100 m from the house. The paved access road (1.5 km) leads through the village of Benecko (100 m of the road is unpaved).
