About this property

Walk to Downtown, Comfortable and Convenient

Conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood walking distance to the best of the downtown Paso Robles. Spread out, relax and enjoy indoor/outdoor living.

The home is well-appointed in a Mid-Century Modern feel, with a nod to Paso Robles’ country roots. It’s a blend of hip West Hollywood meets western ranch.

We'd say our home is comfortable with a sophisticated appeal.

LIVING AREA

Curl up on the comfy leather couches to watch your favorite shows on the 55“ Smart TV in the living room. Vaulted ceilings in the living room create an inviting spacious feeling with warm wood walls all around creating an even more cozy feeling. Floor to ceiling windows let in lots of natural light.

Play a friendly board or card game at the games table or mix up your favorite cocktail with our cocktail cart. This space is made for chilling out after a day of exploring all the area has to offer.

KITCHEN & DINING

Feel right at home in the fully stocked kitchen, outfitted with stainless steel appliances, including double door fridge/freezer, gas stove and oven, dishwasher.

Gather at the six-person “formal” dining table for a home-cooked meal, or enjoy a casual breakfast or lunch in separate eat-in kitchen room with full windows out to the front patio.

Brew it up at our coffee and tea bar, and then step out on the front porch to enjoy the peacefulness of the morning. In the evening, enjoy the front patio with shade trees and umbrella as you grill up your favorite foods on our large built-in BBQ.

Both dining and living areas feature floor to ceiling windows for lots of natural light.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

This home has three bedrooms that sleep up to six guests. The single sink bathroom is stocked with complimentary shampoo, conditioner and body wash. We know how important linens are, so you’ll find freshly cleaned Turkish cotton towels and silky bamboo sheets on the beds.

The primary bedroom in the back of home features a standard king bed with 43” TV, next door is the kids room with two standard twins, and at the front of the home is a generous bedroom with a queen size bed.

OUTDOOR AREAS

The home faces 6th Street and is on the corner of Vine Street, with easy access to lots of nearby activities. Yet you may never want to leave the front patio, with its generous seating for four, plus plenty of extra seating for all your friends to enjoy the outdoor space.

There is a generous built-in (“old school” wind up/down) built in BBQ grill. If you are a master griller, this space is for YOU!

Enjoy your meals into the pleasant summertime evenings on the front patio with lights in the trees in case you want to enjoy a late meal after a day at the water park, fairgrounds or wine tasting.

EXTRA AMENITIES

Extra perks include complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TVs you can access your favorite paid-channels (not included), plus a stocked Coffee and Tea Bar…because who doesn’t need a strong dose of caffeine to get the day started on vacation!

Cute, comfy place
We enjoyed our stay at this home. It's a tiny bit far from where we liked to have dinner, etc, but a short and inexpensive Lyft ride. It was thoughtful to have bottled waters and snacks. I also appreciated the plentiful towels. All in all I would recommend this stay for 4 adults and 2 kids. The twin beds aren't really designed for the comfort of an adult.

We love walking to dinner and coffee!
Great location in quiet residential area yet walkable to the Square in addition, close proximity to 46 and Tin City! House is clean and roomy for 3 sisters. Coffee amenities helpful and enjoyed the outdoor area to hang out. We did not enjoy being asked via text message to take the trash bins out to the street having only been in the house less than an hour into our stay - BIG turnoff! It’s not like the bins were 3/4 filled they were full and heavy and us being petite women, it took two of us to heave the bin to the street. This left a bitter taste to the start of our stay. In the end we enjoyed our stay and if we stay in this house again we will not arrive on a Thursday.

Paso Girls Weekend
Over all I would have to say it was a great experience. The stay was so convenient, clean, easy and cute. We walked daily to downtown for shopping and most meals. We were even lucky to unexpectedly find a small SPA that had appointments available. Property owners recommended restaurants that were spot on! Polly and Will were constantly in touch with anything we needed and even offered early check-in and a later check out. My only other comment is that if you are a lighter sleeper, this may not be the place for you. The home sits on a corner and one of the streets is traveled more that I would have expected. It was difficult to stay asleep at times and sleep in later than an early work day. We would still return to say again but I will bring a sound machine to assist :)

OUR COMMITMENT

We are committed to providing our guests a consistent, comfortable, clean, yet fine-hotel experience. We have properties in other markets, so be sure to ask about our other properties if you’re planning another Coastal getaway.

We have lived here on the Central Coast for 20 years and appreciate all this area has to offer. We have traveled the world and find this area is a special place to call home and we love welcoming guests to stay in our home from near and far. We value providing a comfortable, personal, unique and fun experience to all of our guests. If there's ever anything we can do to make your stay more enjoyable, we are up for it...so just ask!

What makes this property unique

The house is walkable to all of the best boutiques, restaurants and downtown square. Plus we’re on the south end of town so it’s easy to get to Walmart, Target, Albertson’s and other larger retails stores. The property sits adjacent to Vine Street, a tributary that can take you quickly into downtown or zip you out to Hwy 46 West or up Peachy Canyon to visit nearby wineries. Just a few blocks away are some local favorites like the best craft donuts in town (Twisted & Glazed), Pizza Planet, Joe's Place (cowboy sized breakfasts!), The Pour House (live music and small batch beers) and the train station area for sushi at Goshi's. In a word: CONVENIENT.

The town square and park is a favorite spot with restaurants, live music, wineries, breweries, eateries, coffee shops, ice cream stores, candy stores, health food stores, FABULOUS restaurants, movie theatre, boutiques and plenty of shopping. Visit our Pioneer Museum and Aviation Museum and many more attractions including a waterpark in the summertime that even has a lazy river!

Spring Street, the main street for Paso Robles, is two blocks away where you can find public transportation options (Regional Transit Authority RTA of SLO). If you're traveling to Paso by Amtrak train or Greyhound bus, the house is a six block walk or about a three minute Uber from the train depot.

The house is well located and easily drivable to both the east and west side wineries, the Cambria/San Simeon coast and Lake Nacimiento.

Drive over highway 46 West about 35 minutes to the artsy small town of Cambria, the secret beach gems in Cayucos, or more of a seafood-lovers Morro Bay where there’s kayaking, hiking or beach activities. The Paso Robles Event Center is about a 6 minute drive where the famous Mid State Fair brings sell-out crowds to Paso in the summertime. The Paso Robles fairgrounds feature year-round events and we welcome guests from near and far to enjoy all that our lovely town and country side has to offer.
