We spent a week in Paso Robles exploring the area and vineyards. The property was conveniently located within walking distance of downtown and was well equipped. Other than the street noise, we had no complaints and would recommend this property.
Can't say enough good things about the house - great location, extremely clean and well-appointed, easy walk into town and only an eight minute drive to Sensorio. Communication with our host both before and after our stay was quick and easy and we definitely appreciated the restaurant recommendations. We so enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this house to anyone passing through Paso. Thanks so much.
This cozy home was perfect for our stay! House was very clean and perfectly located. There is a market a block away and the main downtown area was close enough to walk to. The wineries we visited were 10-20 minutes away as well. I would definitely recommend to a friend and hope to stay again.
This house is beautifully updated and very well stocked. Comfy beds and great location except for the traffic noise. But when you’re on the main street it’s to be expected, and we got used to it. Eric was extremely prompt in responding to questions and had great recommendations for where to go. We had a great time and would recommend Eric’s home.
Traveled to Paso for a few days with another couple. None of us have been to Paso in a few years. Overall the house was a good place for us two couples. Spring St is a busy, noisy street going through town. When did that happen? 😆 House was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Bed mattresses in both rooms funneled you toward your bedmate in the middle 😉 Thisis a good place to consider if you are spending a few days in Paso.
Spent the weekend staying in this little Spring Street house. Overall the house was quite lovely. Though located on a very busy street, the traffic noise died down in the evening.
The property was cute and cozy and worked well for our needs. There was a few not so great issues:
- No “welcome to our home” instructions anywhere. Took us over an hour and the need to text for help just to ge the television working. It turned out we needed to turn on the cable box…..it would have been NO ISSUE had there been a little card with instructions.
- There was about 1/4 of a roll of paper towels on the roll int he kitchen….but no replacement roll to be found.
- The house utilized 1ply toilet paper….come on, spring for 2-ply.
- The drawer in the bathroom that housed the blowdryer had quite a few long dark hairs stuck to the bottom. Gross. My hair is silver and very short….so…..it was not cleaned out from previous guests. Again….come on.
Apart from the items listed above the house was lovely, that being said, these things are very easily remedied, I hope they are taken to heart, if so, we will certainly be back!
The property was very clean and comfortable for our stay.

I am from California and work as a Real Estate Broker in the small town of Paso Robles. It is a beautiful town in the heart of California's wine country. I like to socialize with friends and travel the world whenever I get a chance.
Why they chose this property
There are so many delicious restaurants in downtown Paso Robles. Some of my favorites include:
-Jeffrey's Wine Country BBQ, this is in Norma's Way which is the alley parallel between 12th & 13th Streets off of Park St. Next to it is also one of my favorite surprise tasting rooms Indigené Cellars. You can even taste wine at Indigené and order from Jeffrey's. Tell Ray at Indigené and Jeffrey or Kathleen at Jeffrey's that Eric sent you. -The Hatch and/or Della's. Next door to each other on 13th Steet are owned by the same owner. You can't go wrong here. -Buona Tavola. On Spring St close to 10th. My favorite Italian restaurant in town. -Il Cortile is another great Italian restaurant everyone loves. -Parchetto is a new Italian restaurant. I haven't been there yet. -Taste. Quick bites across from the park on 11th. -The Catch. Best seafood. 11th St across from the Park. -Basil Thai-Great Thai Food. On 11th across from the Park. -Fish Gaucho. Fusion Mexican & tequila tasting. Very popular. On 13th & Park -Alchemist Garden. Popular for cocktails. 12th & Pine St. -Pappy MacGregors. Irish Pub/Restaurant. Pine St across from the park. Late night spot. -Les Petites Canailles, Spring St near 12th. I've never eaten here but it gets rave reviews and is considered one of the best in Paso. I'll make it here eventually. -Thomas Hill Organics, Park St between 13th & 14th St. Farm to table restaurant. -Mediterranean Spice, well priced great for lunch. Gyros and Kababs. -Los Robles Cafe. Mexican food. The al pastor tacos are a must. -Six Test Kitchen. Tin City. Michelin Star Restaurant.
Other really great restaurants. -In Bloom. One block from the house. -Etto Pasta Bar. In Tin City. It gets rave reviews.
