Beautiful home in Ebeltoft with sauna

Well-kept and inviting vacation home, among other things equipped with pool and a 4-person jacuzzi, all to enjoy your well-deserved vacation. The house is centrally located in an extremely popular vacation home area south of the town of Ebeltoft. The child-friendly sandy beach is only 150 meters away and within easy walking distance. Swimming is fun here, the coast is also good for walking, surfing and fishing. The house has been continuously modernized and equipped with energy-saving windows, a heat pump helps to keep energy costs low. On the 1st floor is a 10 m² terrace with sea view. In the evenings you can sit together, barbecue on the terrace or make yourself comfortable in front of the cozy fireplace in the living room. Djurs Sommerland, Kattegat Center, Scandinavian Animal Park and Ree Park are about 45 minutes drive away.

Unfortunately, the house had some shortcomings or defects that spoilt our stay - especially in view of the considerable booking price - and about which we would like to inform you herewith - also on the assumption that you want to remedy these defects as quickly as possible for future visitors:- In the shower in the bathroom next to the pool, the shower hose is broken. - Paint is peeling off the pool itself. And the paint peaces are swimming in the water of the pool.- One of the armchairs in the living room was already broken when we moved into the house. - The condition of the kitchen was extremely unkempt.- The stairs to the official beds in the attic are an imposition, especially as there is no toilet or wardrobe up there. Der Urlaub in Dänemark war einfach super, aber das Haus sollte vielleicht für weniger Personen angeboten werden. Man kann seine Sachen nirgendwo ausbreiten, da sind keine Zwischenböden in den Schränken. Als wir die Treppe zu dem Dachboden gesehen haben hat uns fast der Schlag getroffen. Sehr gefährlich wenn ich das mal so beschreiben soll. Zwei Bäder für 8 Personen und keine Möglichkeit die mitgebrachten Sachen irgendwo hinzustellen. Das positive an dem Haus ist das man draußen viel Platz hat . Aber ich muss sagen das der Gärtner wohl viel für Brennnessel übrig hat. Der Pool war auch super doch sollte sich das Technik Team mal um den Filter kümmern. Sauna war auch toll und der Whirlpool war auch sehr schön. Am Strand hat ein bisschen gestört das dort keine Toiletten waren.

Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr ruhig.

Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr ruhig. Die Fenster sind stellenweise nicht dicht, was zum schnellen Auskühlen der Wohnung führte. Eine Heizung war defekt und konnte leider nicht angestellt werden. Ansonsten ist es ein schönes Ferienhaus mit einer toll ausgestatteten Küche und viel Platz. Der Poolbereich war super.
