About the host
Your host
We are a family that travels quite a bit for work and personal trips. We enjoy sharing our home with guests and have done so for more than 5 years, although we are new to VRBO. We love the sharing economy and all the wonderful experiences we have had as a result of sharing our home with world travelers. These experiences and the relationships we have formed with many of our guests (even if we have never met them) have helped to restore our faith in humanity and the global thread that binds us all together.
We do a no-contact check in (via a keypad on the side door) and will do whatever is within our power to ensure that you enjoy your stay. Sharpsburg, the community where we live, is a lovely neighborhood in its own rite that has in recent years welcomed two craft breweries, a gin distillery, and a coffee shop. Sharpsburg is also home to (and across the river from) several amazing restaurants and cafes.

Why they chose this property
Our property is 100-year-old well maintained brick home that was built around the turn of the century for the Heinz executives. Since purchasing the property we have worked diligently to restore it to its original condition. We are also situated on a quiet street and within close walking distance of two craft breweries, a vegan icecream shop and a coffee shop.
