The detached mountain cabin built in 2010 is rustically furnished. The property is located in a holiday home settlement. The domicile is popular due to its quiet and sunny location at the edge of the forest. Available for exclusive use are: lawn for sunbathing, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, pavilion, garden furniture, and campfire site. Whirlpool with a diameter of 2 m, depth 0.70 m, for 4 people. There is a Finnish sauna, powered by electricity. The sauna can be operated by the owners or customers can request it, which will be arranged on site upon arrival.

Your mountain cottage consists of 2 floors, 4 rooms (from which 3 bedrooms), is 140 sqm and can accommodate up to 7 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. On colder days your mountain cottage can be heated with electric heating. Electric central heating. wood fireplace. The entrance is ground level and leads directly in the vestibule. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room 45 sqm and with fireplace, lounge, dinette, TV, DVD, radio and CD. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. You have access to the 12 sqm, covered balcony to the 12 sqm, covered terrace with garden furniture, 1 table, 8 chairs and 3 sunloungers. Cooking nook in the eat-in kitchen 8 sqm and with dinette, dishwasher, electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 4 plates), oven, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric water boiler, washing machine and dryer. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. You have access to the terrace. Bathroom 6 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer, window, washing machine, dryer and towels.
Top floor: Bedroom 9 sqm and with 1 double bed, TV and DVD. Bedroom 9 sqm and with 1 double bed and 1 additional bed at bed (smaller 2.00 x 0.90 m), TV and DVD. Bedroom as intersecting room, 8 sqm and with 1 double bed, TV and DVD.
In addition, your mountain cottage is equipped with WLAN- internet access, high chair for children, washing machine and dryer. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite. Czech and German language


Location
Svahová, 800 m a.s.l. The mountain hut is located on a 500 sqm enclosed garden plot, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The plot is very well maintained. The holiday home is situated in the chalet area of Svahova in the Ore Mountains, not far from the town of Chomutov (11 km), where all essential services, including medical care, can be found. The house is surrounded by forests and meadows, ensuring absolute peace and privacy for nature lovers. In the immediate vicinity (approx. 80 m) stands the Hotel Svahova, known for its excellent cuisine. Access is via a side road. Right next to the area, there are 3 car parking spaces and a tennis court (grass).
