Emerald Cove is a trendy rustic Mid Century Modern cabin right on the lake! Master bedroom has king sleep # bed, 2nd bedroom has bunk beds and a daybed with trundle. Screened porch has 2 hammock chairs, a sectional, and dining table. Side porch has swing and the best view! 4 CABINS NOW AVAILABLE: We can sleep 23 in beds! (More if on couches and cots) If you have a large group or want to stay longer than the cabin you book is available- contact me about moving to another cabin when you check out-
*If you need a trustworthy babysitter while in town, I also own The Nanny Network & Sitters’ Registry and can provide a great sitter for you right in your cabin!
We live in town- 20 miles from Emerald Isle- we are ALWAYS available to answer questions or help out!
Emerald Cove and Emerald Point are connected by an outdoor walkway. They are 2 separate cabins, but could be rented together and are next to each other.
There are 4 cabins available to rent on Emerald Isle-soon will follow a large Lodge! We have several kayaks, adult & kids, a paddle board, a canoe, a jon boat, lifejackets for your use! Bring your own fishing gear.
We have 4 cabins on Emerald Isle! We also have cabins on Caddo Lake, the Red River, and a historic home in Mooringsport close to Caddo Lake, message me if you want the links to those!

Anniversary Getaway!

My wife and I chose this area for our 21st wedding anniversary and I did not disappoint. The lake with cypress trees was gorgeous along with the peace and quiet. The Cabot had everything we needed and the sleepnunber bed was definitely an added plus. Location was very close to local casinos and historic Jefferson,Tx. Girls trip

This was perfect for our girls trip. We explored the lake in one of the provided canoes and loved hanging out in the screened porch & just catching up with each other. We definitely plan to come back.

The property was a blast and absolutely stunning! Enjoyed the great cabin, wildlife and we caught some good sized fish. Lots of activities available on site, enough to stay there the whole time but lots of cool places like the Louisiana Boardwalk to explore nearby. Jennifer is fabulous!

Great get away cabin. Had access to kayak's to enjoy the lake. Really enjoyed the peace and quit of the bayou cabins.

Great little weekend getaway!

I have a 11 year old and 15 year old that absolutely loved the canoes and fishing. I brought my camera and hit some great photos of the kids with the beautiful views around the property. The host was great and responded to any questions I had. We would visit again.

Why they chose this property

We spend our summers boating on Cross Lake & have always wanted a cabin! When we found Emerald Isle, we KNEW it was special & people would love it! The sounds and scenery are a real, immersive, Louisiana experience! The view from Emerald Isle is very much like Caddo Lake with Cypress Trees out in the water and some on the island with cool cypress knees. Watching the Great Blue Heron soar through the trees and land is just majestic! Emerald Isle is quiet & tucked away from everything, the night sounds are exciting and calming all at once! It's a one-of-a-kind experience for sure!

What makes this property unique

We have Free kayaks, a paddle board, a canoe, a Jon boat & paddles & life jackets. We have games, fire pits, & charcoal grills. Guests love bird watching & gator hunting, bring your binoculars! Emerald Isle offers authentic Louisiana scenery right on the lake... Quote from a recent guest, “We ended up here by accident. We had reservations down on the Louisiana coast. We changed them to get away from (hurricane) Ida, I have been lucky enough to travel the world and the US. I have never been on a bayou until now.
