Kitchen as intersecting room, 9 sqm and with dinette, dishwasher, gas stove (4 burners), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric water boiler and community kitchen. The dinette offers space for 4 persons. Bathroom with bathtub. Separate toilet with WC.

Mariánská, 841 m above sea level. The landlord only lives in the house occasionally, but uses a separate entrance. Chata XL has 3 apartments (A, B, and C), a common room with kitchen, amenities, and its own parking space. The holiday home is suitable for athletes, active customers, and families with children. This mountain cottage is located in the middle of a small recreational village, 4 km south of Jáchymov. Access is via a side road (paved, length 10 m). Parking (for 10 cars) in a carport and on the property and the road in front of the house.
