In a setting of rest and well-being, come and relax in a cottage for 4 people (5th and 6th person, sofa bed, 140*190), adjoining the owners and their 19th century Manor, in a green setting of 2.5 ha. You can enjoy a large swimming pool (16*9 m) to share with the guests of the Bed and Breakfast, and additional services (well-being massages, gym area and jacuzzi currently being deployed).
We have a Licence IV and the gîte is classified 3 épis.
The cottage includes: a fitted kitchen, a living room with a 140*190 sofa bed, 2 bedrooms, one with outside access (2 140*190 beds plus 1 baby bed), a bathroom with WC, and for relaxation an additional lounge. Outside, you will find a covered terrace with table and plancha, all overlooking the garden. A shared swimming pool of 16x9m, shared with the occupants of the guest rooms and owners, secured by a fence (access times depending on occupancy and season).
Nearby: equestrian center (500m), tennis court 1km, water skiing 9km.
Greenway along the canal for bike rides or walks. The MAS d'Agenais with the famous Rembrandt at 10km, Casteljaloux spa town at 18km (Golf, Casino, Lake...), Nérac country of Henry IV, medieval villages, Marmande tomato country at 22km, Tonneins at 5km all shops and Kayak trip on the Garonne.
Summer entertainment with producers' markets.
