Our home offers a spacious vacation spot just right for the family. It is a 3 bed / 2.5 bath condo located in Pine Knoll Shores, just steps away from the beach. All linens are included in addition to a washer/dryer.
Minimum 7-night stay (Saturday to Saturday typically).

freezer and pantry. Clean.
Wash all dishes and put away.
Clean grill and griddle.
Organize closet in mudroom.
Leave parking permit in binder.
Leave dishwasher and washing machine doors open.
Turn off ice maker.
Turn off all lights.
Lock all doors.
Take all garbage out.
Empty lint trap in dryer.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
