The holiday apartment is located in a detached house built in 1900, was renovated in 2023, and is functionally furnished. The property is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac. The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property of the lake and the sunny location by the water. Available for shared use: children's playground, swing, sandbox, climbing frame, terrace, and garden furniture. Trampoline, slides. Bed linen and towels are not available and must be brought. Outdoor storage spaces for sails and boards are available.

Dierhagen (Baltic Sea Resort). The holiday apartment is located on a 2000 sqm open waterfront property with a meadow and trees. The landlord only resides in the house occasionally but uses a separate entrance. Access is directly from the main road. Parking (for 1 car) on the property.
