Agréable Pavillon 4-6 personnes avec cour privative (202)
Lovely 3-room duplex apartment of 45m² with air conditioning and mezzanine, very close to the beach and the city centre. It consists of a living room with TV, an open equipped kitchenette (dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, ceramic hob, extractor fan...), no washing machine, a bathroom with single basin, shower and toilet, a ground floor bedroom with bunk beds 70cm and a first floor bedroom with a 140cm bed, as well as an open mezzanine with an additional 140cm bed. You can enjoy its private courtyard with two terraces: to the East and South as well as a private parking. Ideal for a family with children. Close to the city centre and its shops, beach access only 100m from the apartment and city centre 600m away. The end-of-stay cleaning is optional for 88 euros. Accommodation for a family only.

Du bien et du moins bien
Calme et emplacement idéal pour les plages du Nord de la commune. Tous les équipements (ou presque - voir les améliorations) pour passer un bon séjour.
Compte tenu du tarif à la semaine, il serait bienvenu, par le propriétaire, de proposer une box tv car la réception satellite est très aléatoire quelque soit le temps, ainsi que proposer la wifi afin d’améliorer le débit internet. La somme mensuelle serait modique en regard des revenus de location et du coût de la connexion!
J’ai dû utiliser mon forfait mobile pour regarder la télévision.
