The Space:

You will be staying in a central and lively district of the 10th arrondissement, between the Gares du Nord and de l'Est, perfect for discovering Paris on foot while enjoying dynamic local life. A few minutes' walk away, you can enjoy a coffee or brunch at popular addresses such as Ten Belles or Fragments, and lunch or dinner in renowned restaurants such as Chez Michel or Le Verre Volé, known for their inventive cuisine and friendly atmosphere. The room looks larger In the pictures than it is in real life. The bed is really meant for 1 person vs. 2 and the bathroom setup is interesting with the toilet right below the shower. I was here for a longer period of time and found the room liveable but small. Given my length of stay was 9 days would have expected some additional cleaning but was not included.

The communication with management was good from our initial inquiry, thru booking, and occupation. The check in/out process went smoothly through the use of door lock codes. The location was very good with nearby Metro, and plenty of eating choices.
The studio itself, on first impression, was very small, with little storage. However with a minimal amount of organization it was quite functional. When extended, the bed takes us most of the room. This is all good, as we spent little time in the room, as we spend the majority of our time seeing Paris.
This is a fourth floor room with no lift. We found the stairs to be manageable (once or twice a day). If we were to return to Paris we would consider re-booking this room.

The room=studio is super small, toilet seat right in the middle of shower entrance, hide it on the picture. The main point of pictures to understand but they hide 😭. Barely squeezed between toilet seat and shower door no place for shower gel. In order to open the table you have fold the bed. Space is so tiny so it's hard to pass wife without touching each other or bed. Day when we move in asking for security deposit and asking to get insurance for security deposit, nonsense! Six floor no elevator! 12 square feet terrible NO vrbo first and last time! Try to call customer service,, personal barely speak English so be careful and double check that they're understanding you.
