Ground floor: Living room with lounge and TV. You have access to the terrace with garden furniture. Kitchen with dinette, gas stove (4 burners), oven, refrigerator (freezer), microwave and coffee machine. The dinette offers space for 5 persons. Bathroom with bathtub and 1 washbasin.
Upper floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 additional bed (appropriate only for children). You have access to the balcony. Bedroom with 2 single beds. Separate toilet with 1 washbasin and WC.
TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.


Location
Balatonfenyves. The holiday home is located on an enclosed garden plot with a lawn, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The other half of the house is BAL FEN 008 (5 people). Access is via a side road (paved). Parking (for 1 car) on the property.
