NIGHTMARE!!!! NEVER AGAIN horrible management

Sent email to see if we could check in early, never received a response. Arrive at location and there were people in the cabin. Went to the office, noone was there, a note on the door said to call this number and we would respond within 24 hours. It is dark in unfamiliar area now having to find a place to stay. He did call back and said he never received a booking, we HAVE a confirmation number from VRBO. I emailed requesting them to cancel the charges on my credit card and email me back. Still have never received an email back it has been 9 days. They never responded to the first email as well about checking in early. Will never use VRBO or this group to book a stay. Complete nightmare,
