Comfortable house ideally located to explore the different facets of the Pays de Retz and La Côte de Jade; its marshes, countryside and wild coast. This 180m² wooden-frame house offers an ideal location between countryside and coastline and can accommodate up to 10 people (8 adults and 2 children).
It consists of a kitchen equipped with induction hobs and all household appliances and kitchen necessities so that you feel at home; refrigerator - freezer, microwave, oven, capsule coffee machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, blender, multi-function food processors, wok, pressure cooker,... The living room with TV and Wi-Fi access overlooks the 40m² wooden terrace with swimming pool and garden.
On the night side, the ground floor has two double rooms (140 beds) each with an additional single bed in a mezzanine (less than one metre ceiling height), a suite (160 bed) with access to the terrace, a dressing room and a water room, then upstairs a second suite with a double bed (160 bed), WC and private water room. An independent bathroom, an office space, a laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, childcare equipment (travel cot, high chair, baby bouncer, changing mat), ironing board and two fans complete the rental.
The landscaped garden is partially fenced and has a relaxation area with garden furniture, sun loungers, parasol and gas plancha.
The ionised pool (chlorine-free) is heated and available from 15 June to 15 September. Minimum depth of 0.90m and maximum of 1.50m and fitted with an immersed beach.
You can park up to four vehicles in the property secured by an electric gate. (Two spaces are covered)
