For an iodized vacation by the sea, we offer this large house with its garden, located on the corniche of Préfailles, facing the ocean. You will be ideally situated, surrounded by several beaches, thus offering a beautiful variety of options to fully enjoy your stay.
With a surface area of 130 m² on two levels and equipped with a garden of 350 m², this rental is ideal for accommodating up to six people.

On the ground floor, you will discover a beautiful bright dining room, thanks to a west-facing bay window, overlooking the terrace and offering an unobstructed view of the sea. To enjoy the sea air, take your meals on the lovely terrace and enjoy the magnificent sea view once again!
The fully equipped, new kitchen open to the living area will allow you to prepare delicious meals. You will find a mixed cooktop (induction and electric), an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator-freezer, as well as a dishwasher.
To start the day well, a kettle, a toaster, and two coffee makers (one filter coffee maker and the other a Dolce Gusto pod coffee maker) are at your disposal.
To help you relax, a cozy TV lounge area featuring a fireplace (wood provided).
On the ground floor, a first bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190 cm) awaits you, along with a private bathroom equipped with a shower and toilet.

Upstairs, you will access a large office serving 2 bedrooms. One with a double bed (140/190) and the other with two single beds (90 x 190 cm). You will also find a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet. The office will be an ideal space if you need to work from home, or to serve as a playroom for children.


For more comfort, the house also has a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, as well as a table and an iron. You will also find the third toilet in the house.
The garden layout does not allow you to park your vehicle, but it is easy to park on the street, near the house, where public space is free.
