Located in the secure Baie Orientale park, this beautiful fully renovated beachfront apartment offers views of Orient Bay beach, as well as Pinel Island.

You will be in close proximity to this beautiful beach, with all its beach restaurants and water activities, as well as a few steps from the village square, night restaurants and entertainment.

The Alamanda residence offers a swimming pool with outdoor shower, sun loungers and umbrellas.
The space
The apartment is on the first floor and includes a terrace with direct views of the pool and the sea.

It is equipped with a flat screen TV, as well as free wifi.

The accommodation is air-conditioned, with private bathrooms.

You will have all the comforts: king size bed, beach towels, two large cabinets, coffee maker, toaster, large fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine, etc.

This property was exactly as listed. It was a beautiful space and the perfect location for a getaway for two. Beach, beach restaurants, beach bars, and the square with multiple restaurant options were literally steps away. The space was well equipped and tastefully appointed with plenty of room for two. We never tired of the studio space during our 5 day stay. The balcony, with its beautiful view, was perfect for morning coffee and evening wine. The hosts were quick to communicate and met us upon arrival at the VRBO to introduce us to the area and answer questions. The whole experience was a 10 out of 10.

St Maarten at its finest

Wonderful little bungalow with beautiful views out to the ocean from the patio! There are stairs to get to the room but very easy to walk up. The restaurants, which were very good, are right around the corner so can walk to them. We loved going to Good Morning for our morning French pastries. Valarie (aka Charlotte) was very kind and made us feel right at home. The place was very clean with lots of room for our clothes. We will definitely stay there again! ❤️

Great location, view, & features

The view from the balcony is wonderful and the orientation is such that you can always enjoy the view of the ocean from the shade. Photos were accurate. Location very near all beach activities and many good restaurants. A small grocery is a short walk away. Balcony can be a little noisy at times because of location above the main walkway and angle to neighboring condo but nothing significant. Host was extremely responsive to provide code for gate to the beach area. Needed to empty trash and host arrived within 5 minutes to take care of it. Wonderful stay!

This is a well maintained studio with a beautiful view from the balcony. Had a small issue with the washing machine which was resolved promptly. BE AWARE! The co-host messaged me, after paying in full, about paying an undisclosed ‘holiday tax’ to could be paid to him in cash or via PayPal. I chose to ignore the message and there was nothing further mentioned about it.

Just to clarify concerning the tax, it was the TGCA which is a “General Turnover Tax” that is applicable only on French Saint Martin and is 4% of any goods our services. This tax is independent from the rental services. We are sorry if we didn’t make this clear enough. We gave you a heads up and explained this tax before your arrival and once again before your departure. Seeing as you chose to ignore these messages and not pay, we decided not to insist to avoid any disagreement. Wonderful Beachfront Stay in Orient Bay

My husband, Adam, and I had a fantastic stay at this studio apartment overlooking the public beach at Orient Bay. The beach was just about 100 feet from our door, making it an ideal spot for a relaxing getaway.The apartment had a modern, minimalist beach vibe that I really loved—simple, comfortable, and well-suited for a laid-back stay. It’s not a resort, but if you’re looking for a perfect beachfront escape, it’s hard to beat. Our host, Derek, was excellent—he met us when we arrived and was always available via WhatsApp for any questions or recommendations.We spent most days at Wai Beach restaurant, where we were able to get beach lounge chairs and were consistently impressed with the food, drinks, and especially the service. The beach and weather couldn’t have been better.The village square, just a short walk away, offered plenty of great restaurant options, but renting a car also gave us the freedom to explore more of the island, including some scenic hikes recommended by our host and delicious local cuisine outside of Orient Bay.Overall, this was a really enjoyable stay—beautiful location, great hospitality, and the perfect mix of relaxation and adventure. We would absolutely come back!
