I’m so glad I stayed here, everything was perfect! The view is absolutely unreal and you can see it from every room in the house, I would recommend watching the sunrise & the sunset. The host was so kind & communicative, can’t wait to stay here again!

This beautiful home has it all! We stayed here to celebrate Thanksgiving with our children and couldn’t have asked for more peaceful and relaxing stay. The views are absolutely incredible! Breathtaking views from every bedroom too! And the home was beautifully decorated and more than enough room for the seven people in our party. The home was so beautiful and comfortable that we never left the property during our entire stay! The host was very accommodating and friendly and responsive. She made our stay one of the best ever and we will definitely return! Highly recommend! A

The house is WONDERFUL - the decor and vibe of the house is unique and stunning, and the view outside of the ocean and hills is spectacular. It was nice to have all the perches inside and out to enjoy that view!Grace was really thoughtful and easy to work with as a host; we especially appreciated the special little touches, like the toys for the kids, and drinks in the fridge that made us feel welcome. Wholeheartedly recommend a stay here. You’ll have to get used to driving up the windy roads into the mountains but the house and view are worth it!

Amazing house with great view

I had a wonderful stay at this VRBO property! The house was exactly as described—clean, spacious, and thoughtfully maintained. Every little detail was taken care of, from the comfortable beds to the fully stocked kitchen. The neighborhood was peaceful and safe, making it easy to relax and feel at home. Communication with the host was smooth and prompt, which made the whole experience even better. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and stress-free getaway. This host and home were absolutely incredible! Our host was so attentive, available and hospitable. The home is situated where you’re in the mountains overlooking the ocean. We travel to California often but we’ve never seen so many stars in the sky while in the mountains, overlooking the Pacific Ocean. It was breathtaking. We were within 15-20 min of Hwy 101. Malibu,the Santa Monica Pier, the Hollywood sign and much more was within 45 min of us. We were able to get groceries and food delivered even though we were in the mountains which made it the best of both worlds. The home is spacious and spotless. The kitchen has all you need if you want to cook there. The laundry area is perfect with Maytag appliances. The beds were all so comfortable with plenty of pillows, wonderful bedding and of course views of the mountains and ocean from the rooms. The bathrooms were stocked with luxurious towels and all soaps and shampoos needed. This incredible host had toys waiting for our grandchild upon arrival. What a welcome! She’s so accommodating and kind. The only difficult thing with this stay was having to leave! I give this host and the home a perfect, flawless rating and I highly recommend to small and large families, long term and short term stays.
This beautiful, clear view was incredible.
There is so much outdoor seating. I loved reading my Bible on the back patio in the mountains overlooking the ocean.

Cali ChateauI loved this house from the moment I saw pictures of it on VRBO, and I loved it even more when I walked in the front door. It is just magnificent! That pink stucco. The patio festooned with flowers and plants and sculpture. The exquisite views of the hills, clouds, and ocean. The interior is beautiful. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. All I did was relax and enjoy the sun and the view. Grace was a marvelous host. I wish I had met her. But she responded quickly to every message. Where's the corkscrew? She sent one over. So drive the serpentine roads all the way up to the top, stay here, and see how this house is a Cali chateau whose memories you will carry with you for a long, long time.

We had an amazing stay at this Malibu home—so much so that we’re still emotionally recovering from having to leave. The house is huge, spotless, and surprisingly well-equipped. The showers have plenty of hot water and water pressure, and were almost just as glorious as the view. Every morning, waking up and seeing the view felt like waking up in a postcard. And the sunsets....chef's kiss. The only tough part about them was deciding which of the many comfortable vantage points would be the best to watch from.But what truly sets this place apart is the host. Not only were they responsive and kind, but after I made the classic move of leaving a necklace behind, they personally delivered it to our next rental all the way in Studio City. That’s not just good hosting—that’s superhero behavior. Honestly, I have blood relatives who wouldn’t go that far.If you’re looking for a peaceful, beautiful place to stay in Malibu with a host who goes above and beyond, this is it. 10/10 would stay again.
