Your studio offers 1 floor, 1 room, is 20 sqm and can accommodate up to 2 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your studio can be heated with central heating. The entrance is im Erdgeschoss. The rooms are divided as follows: Living room / bedroom with 2 single beds, dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 2 persons. You have access to the terrace with garden furniture and 2 chairs. Cooking nook in the living room / bedroom with gas stove (2 burners) and refrigerator. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
In addition, your studio is equipped with baby bed.


Holiday resort
90 accommodations, reception (safe), 1 restaurant, pizzeria, bar, pool bar, internet (WLAN), TV room, supermarket and launderette. The restaurant/pizzeria is open from Thursday to Sunday in April and May. The pool bar is open from June to 15 September. The minimarket is open daily from 01 June to 15 September. Shuttle service to the beach and back, Monday to Friday, from 15/06 to 15/09, payable on site €3.00 per person.


Location
Villanova d'Albenga. The studio is located in a residence, on a garden plot with trees. About 50 years ago, the Ligurian hills still consisted of dry-stone walls, rich in typical plants and shrubs of the Mediterranean region.

The founders of the Camping Village C’era Una Volta, Pierfranco Diomedi and

Giovanni Fiori, wanted to preserve this piece of paradise to offer hospitality to guests.

The idea of the founders, which has been maintained to this day, was to preserve as much as possible, maintaining the original Mediterranean maquis. Parking (for 1 car) on the property.

Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (in operation from early May to late September, 10 m x 25 m, 0.6 m deep). There are 4 outdoor pools in the residence. The pools measuring 25 m x 10 m and 10 m x 5 m are open from 01 July to 31 August and closed between 1 pm and 3 pm. Another pool measuring 10 m x 5 m is open from 01 May to 26 September. The fourth pool measuring 22 m x 10 m is open from around June to 26 September. However, the opening times depend on weather conditions. In the pool area there is also the 150 sq m panoramic terrace with a hot tub for a maximum of 6 people. Sun loungers and parasols are also available by the pool. The hot tub is open from 01.05. to 27.09.

In the complex: whirlpool for 6 persons and sauna.


Leisure
In the complex: gym, tennis and table tennis. Animation for children. Adult animation. There is also a soccer field. There is also a Turkish bath in the wellness area for a fee of €10.00 per person for a maximum of 2 people. The fee also applies to the fitness room and sauna. The children's and adult entertainment only takes place in the evenings in July and August.
