Ground-floor holiday cottage in the owner's house, located 200m from the village of Sare, a listed village 13km from St Jean-de-Luz. It comprises: - a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, fridge-freezer, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine) with dining area - a living room (sofa, armchairs, TV) - a bedroom with a double bed (140cm) - a shower room/WC Bed linen is provided and towels are available for hire. Gas heating is extra. Wi-Fi internet access. Terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Private garden. Parking on a dead-end street. Numerous hiking trails start from the cottage.
