Gîte on the first floor of the owners' house, with independent access by an outside staircase (parking space). The recent and comfortable apartment is on one level with direct access to the garden. It is located close to the town of Ainhoa, shops and entertainment (350m) and 7km from Espelette. It will be an ideal base for discovering the Basque Country, the coast and inland, hiking or making a getaway to Spain. Day room with fitted kitchen area (2 induction hobs, top fridge, mini oven, dishwasher), living room, lounge area (wifi internet connection), 1 bedroom (1 double bed), shower room/wc . Bed made on arrival, towels and household linen provided. Heating extra. Private terrace and garden with garden furniture and deck chairs. Car park.
