On colder days your holiday apartment can be heated with central heating. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. The entrance is on the 3rd floor and leads over an internal stair directly in the hallway. The rooms are divided as follows: Living room / bedroom with 2 additional beds at couch/sofa and TV. You have access to the 9 sqm terrace with garden furniture. 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. Cooking nook in the living room / bedroom with electric cooker (2 plates), refrigerator (freezer) and coffee machine. Bathroom with shower, WC and window.
In addition, your holiday apartment is equipped with WLAN- internet access. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Sukošan. The holiday apartment is located on a 1200 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers, shrubs and trees. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) on the property.
